The Authority consists of an eight (8) member Board of Directors which is responsible for carrying out the policy and general administration of the affairs and business of the Authority.
Under the Ordinance, the Board is responsible for:
- Securing the effective implementation of the functions of the Authority;
- Overseeing the effective performance of the Authority; and
- Setting operational priorities with regard to the planning, development, redevelopment, and construction of airports.
The Board is comprised of a broad spectrum of experience in airport management, aviation, security, construction, development, investment, law, and other industries, as well as public policy and government.
