About the Programme

Launched in 2024, the TCIAA Summer Internship Programme was created to give young people across the Turks and Caicos Islands meaningful opportunities to explore aviation and airport management.

We recognized that while aviation is one of the most dynamic industries in the world, many students aren’t always aware of the diverse career paths it offers. From airport operations to business, engineering to communications, the possibilities are endless.
